The theme for the Fall/Winter
art exhibit, 8 Minutes Max and original writings is
Layers.
The first part of the exhibit features work by Austin
artist and longtime HopeArts friend Doug Jaques. The second part will be artists'
responses to Doug's art.
On October 29 HopeArts will host 8 Minutes Max, an evening of performances.
Visual art will hang alongside Doug's work. Writings will
be read at 8 Minutes Max, exhibited, or both.

HopeArts is the art ministry of Hope Chapel in Austin, Texas. The fine arts ministry hangs 4-5 exhibits per year; the biennial HopeArts Festival showcases musical, theatrical and literary performances; other creative arts ministry includes community events, special interest small groups, and classes on Christianity and the arts.
